Are you passionate about improving vessel performance and driving sustainable operations? We're partnering with a leading international shipping group to find an experienced Fleet Performance Manager to join their growing team in Singapore.

In this role, you'll play a key part in enhancing fleet fuel efficiency, optimising voyage performance, and ensuring compliance with evolving environmental standards across a diverse fleet. You'll work cross-functionally with technical, operations, and commercial teams to deliver measurable improvements in energy performance and emissions reduction.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and support initiatives to improve vessel fuel economy and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor fleet performance data and develop actionable insights to optimise voyages.
  • Ensure compliance with IMO DCS, EU MRV, UK MRV, and CII regulations.
  • Drive energy conservation projects covering hull performance, propulsion, and auxiliary systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement bunker-saving programmes.
  • Provide clear, high-quality performance and compliance reporting to key decision-makers.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc sustainability and performance improvement projects as required.
What we're looking for
  • Class 1 or 2 Marine Engineer Certificate of Competency (or equivalent) will be highly regarded.
  • At least 2 years' experience in vessel performance, fuel optimisation, or energy efficiency management.
  • Solid understanding of ship operations, performance analytics, and environmental compliance.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and experience using data visualisation or BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Why this opportunity?
This is a chance to join a respected, forward-thinking maritime organisation that's deeply committed to sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence. You'll have the autonomy to shape performance strategies, influence key stakeholders, and play a vital role in reducing the environmental footprint of global shipping operations.
