Are you passionate about improving vessel performance and driving sustainable operations? We're partnering with a leading international shipping group to find an experienced Fleet Performance Manager to join their growing team in Singapore.
In this role, you'll play a key part in enhancing fleet fuel efficiency, optimising voyage performance, and ensuring compliance with evolving environmental standards across a diverse fleet. You'll work cross-functionally with technical, operations, and commercial teams to deliver measurable improvements in energy performance and emissions reduction.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and support initiatives to improve vessel fuel economy and operational efficiency.
- Monitor fleet performance data and develop actionable insights to optimise voyages.
- Ensure compliance with IMO DCS, EU MRV, UK MRV, and CII regulations.
- Drive energy conservation projects covering hull performance, propulsion, and auxiliary systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement bunker-saving programmes.
- Provide clear, high-quality performance and compliance reporting to key decision-makers.
- Contribute to ad-hoc sustainability and performance improvement projects as required.
- Class 1 or 2 Marine Engineer Certificate of Competency (or equivalent) will be highly regarded.
- At least 2 years' experience in vessel performance, fuel optimisation, or energy efficiency management.
- Solid understanding of ship operations, performance analytics, and environmental compliance.
- Proficiency with MS Office and experience using data visualisation or BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
- A proactive, analytical mindset with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
