Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager
to lead and enforce health, safety, and environmental practices across our Zhoushan shipyard. The role ensures full compliance with local regulations and international standards, while promoting a strong safety culture throughout yard operations.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with Chinese HSE laws and international marine standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
- Lead HSE audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Conduct training and safety drills for yard personnel and subcontractors
- Collaborate with operations and project teams to proactively manage risks
- Maintain records and report HSE metrics to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in HSE, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in shipyard
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation in China and international best practices
