Role Summary
Lead all shipyard operations in Batam with full P&L responsibility
, ensuring efficient project delivery, commercial growth, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall shipyard performance, including budget, cost control, and profitability.
- Oversee shipbuilding and repair projects to ensure timely, quality delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, production, HSE, etc.).
- Drive business development and manage client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Bachelor's in Marine/Mechanical/Naval Engineering.
- 15+ years in shipyard operations, 5+ in leadership roles.
- Strong P&L, project, and team management skills.
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
