This role plays a critical part in managing the end-to-end tender and contract process, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure competitive, compliant, and commercially sound submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the full tender lifecycle, from opportunity identification to submission
- Collaborate closely with Pricing, Legal, Finance, and Commercial/Account Management teams to develop comprehensive tender proposals
- Consolidate inputs from internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on pricing, commercial terms, and risk considerations
- Review and draft contractual terms in partnership with Legal to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain accurate documentation and version control
- Support contract negotiations and clarifications with customers where required
- Maintain a repository of tender documents, templates, and best practices to improve process efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tender quality and turnaround time
