Jason Nangle is the Founder and Managing Director of Angle Recruitment. He began his recruitment career in the UK at the world's largest maritime recruitment firm, was transferred to Singapore, and rose to Managing Director of Asia Pacific over ten years, spearheading their executive search practice before founding Angle.
During his career he has led senior searches at C-suite, Board, and Non-Executive Director level across the full spectrum of maritime sectors, working with shipowners, ship managers, operators, classification societies, and maritime service companies across Asia Pacific and globally.
He is a regular speaker and moderator at international maritime events, including Singapore Maritime Week, Sea Asia, and ShipTek, where he speaks on workforce strategy, talent trends, and the future of maritime hiring.
Jason founded Angle with a straightforward ambition: to build a recruitment firm that operates with genuine sector expertise, proper attention to each assignment, and no interest in being all things to all people.

Outside work, he can usually be found underwater. Freediving, scuba diving, and sailing are what happen when he steps away from the desk.
