Jason Nangle is the Founder and Managing Director of Angle Recruitment, a highly experienced professional in the field of maritime recruitment who is passionate about everything in or on the water. During his spare time, Jason enjoys travelling to remote parts of the world, experiencing new cultures and getting wet - snorkelling, scuba diving, free diving and sailing.


Hailing from the UK and having spent time at sea on cruise ships, he returned to the maritime industry after several years in aviation in 2010. Jason excelled in maritime recruitment and executive search, ultimately assuming the role of Managing Director at a prominent maritime recruitment company, leading the Asia Pacific region. With a meticulous approach, he has successfully led numerous senior-level searches for C-suite, Board of Directors, Non-Executive Directors, as well as regional and divisional heads across maritime sectors.


Jason's expertise and insights have led him to become a thought-leader and speaker at various prestigious maritime industry events, where he shares his knowledge and vision for the future of maritime talent.
