Speaker Bio

Jason Nangle is the Founder and Managing Director of Angle Recruitment, a maritime recruitment and executive search firm headquartered in Singapore.

Specialising in shore-based talent across the shipping, marine and energy sectors, Jason works with shipowners, operators and maritime product and service companies globally.

Jason is a regular speaker and moderator at international maritime conferences and industry events, including Singapore Maritime Week and Sea Asia. His presentations focus on talent shortages, workforce trends, leadership challenges, and how shipping companies can attract and retain the next generation of maritime professionals.

Drawing on his experience working with organisations across the global maritime industry, Jason provides practical insights into hiring strategies, leadership development and the evolving talent landscape within shipping.

He is passionate about strengthening the maritime workforce and raising awareness of career opportunities across the sector.
