Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new cargo and vessel opportunities
- Negotiate charter parties and conclude fixtures
- Maintain strong relationships with shipowners, charterers, and operators
- Monitor market trends and freight rates
- Provide market intelligence and commercial insights
- Collaborate closely with operations and post-fixture teams
- Expand the company’s client network and market presence
- Experience in dry bulk chartering or shipbroking
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good understanding of freight markets and charter party terms
- Self-driven and commercially focused
- Comfortable working independently and operating as an individual contributor within a hybrid setup
