Our client is a highly reputable player in the maritime and energy sector, with a strong footprint in gas transportation. To strengthen their commercial team in Singapore, they are seeking an experienced Commercial & Chartering Manager with a solid background in gas vessels.
The Role
This is a key opportunity to shape and drive commercial performance across international gas shipping markets. Responsibilities include:
- Leading and executing chartering activities , predominantly time charters.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, charterers, and counterparties to capture market opportunities.
- Managing tender processes from preparation through to execution.
- Negotiating and finalising commercial agreements, both public and private.
- Delivering ongoing market intelligence to guide strategic decision-making.
