Key Responsibilities
- Support regional commercial planning and execution.
- Track and review country and agency sales performance.
- Work with agencies to grow cargo volumes and customer accounts.
- Identify underperforming markets and support improvement through clear targets and sales discipline.
- Identify new business and service opportunities based on market needs.
- Support sales analysis, market intelligence, and budgeting activities.
- Take part in regional projects, industry events, and agency visits.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Maritime, Finance, or similar).
- 10 years' experience in the shipping industry.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability.
- Clear communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
- Self-driven and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to travel as required.
