Angle Recruitment has been exclusively appointed to recruit a Corporate Development Manager for a transformative maritime MNC. This is a hands-on, commercially strategic role where you’ll help shape the company’s growth through smart M&A, investment analysis, and post-deal integration - across shipping, marine, and adjacent sectors.
You’ll be reporting into the C-suite and working closely with senior leadership to spot opportunities, run the numbers, and get deals done.
What you’ll be steering:
- End-to-end execution of M&A transactions, from sourcing to integration
- Building investment cases, business plans, and solid financial models
- Coordinating with advisors on term sheets, data rooms, and due diligence
- Supporting investor relations and performance tracking across deals
- Partnering across the business to align growth strategy with execution
What you’ll bring to the helm:
- Experience in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, private equity or management consultancy
- A track record of driving transactions and integrations
- Sharp financial modelling and valuation skills
- Ability to think strategically and communicate with influence
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving, purpose-driven business
