This role will support the development and execution of corporate strategy, long-term business planning, and strategic initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic insights and business strategies by analysing market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making.
- Support preparation of the long-term business plan, integrating external market analysis and internal stakeholder input.
- Assess strategic opportunities and participate in corporate projects, providing research, analytics, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive alignment, strategic discussions, and execution of initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, business ethics, and regulatory requirements.
- Undertake additional projects and tasks as assigned to support business improvement and transformations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 8-10 years of experience in corporate strategy, business planning, consulting, finance, or commercial roles, preferably with exposure to the shipping or maritime industry.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans, build business cases, and perform financial analysis and modelling.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience turning market insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working on multiple projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
