Location: Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organisational strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
- Commercial & Business Development: Act as the primary face of the company in Indonesia, managing high-level commercial relationships to drive growth and market presence.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team to ensure all activities contribute to the organisation's mission. Provide operational and commercial guidance and support, as well as professional development opportunities to team members.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the country budget, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability. Monitor financial performance and report to regional/global management.
- Proven experience in team leadership roles within a ship owner, ship manager, or classification society is required .
- Strong managerial skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
- Financial acumen and a strong commercial mindset are a must.
- Marine engineering or naval architecture background is preferred.
