to oversee and drive growth across the Transpacific and Latin America
trade lanes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead trade development and performance for Transpacific and LATAM regions
- Develop pricing and capacity strategies to optimize trade profitability
- Work closely with regional offices, sales, and operations to align commercial plans
- Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and react swiftly to changes
- Support digital transformation and data-driven decision making within the trade function
- Strong background in container shipping and trade management
- Proven leadership experience across Transpacific or Latin American lanes
- Commercially astute, with excellent market knowledge and stakeholder skills
