Role Purpose
Manage and control project and company documents to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance with standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Register, track, and archive correspondence, drawings, manuals, and reports.
- Ensure version control and distribute updated documents to relevant teams.
- Support audits and compliance with client requirements.
- Prepare document status reports and maintain inventory levels.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or related field.
- 2-5 years' experience in document control (construction, marine, or oil & gas preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
