Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance, maintenance, and repair of all vessel electrical and automation systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for onboard ETOs and engineers
- Plan and supervise electrical work during dry-dockings, refits, and major projects
- Conduct vessel inspections and ensure compliance with class, flag, and industry standards
- Review and maintain electrical documentation, drawings, and maintenance records
- Work closely with the technical and marine teams to enhance safety and operational performance
- Sailing experience as ETO or Electrical Officer (tanker/general cargo/coastal experience welcome)
- Prior shore-based experience as an Electrical or Technical Superintendent is an advantage
- Strong understanding of marine electrical systems, PLC/automation, navigation equipment, and power distribution
- Problem-solving mindset with strong communication and technical reporting skills
