Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a regional team, aligning goals with business objectives.
- Manage container flow, inventory planning, and cost-effective repositioning.
- Oversee procurement of new equipment and manage vendor relationships.
- Drive maintenance & repair quality, audits, and cost control.
- Negotiate key contracts and implement process improvements.
- 10+ years in container or equipment management within shipping/logistics.
- Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and global market understanding.
- Ability to optimize operations, reduce costs, and ensure service quality.
