Overview
The Head of ESG will lead global sustainability strategy and reporting, ensuring compliance with CSRD, ISSB and other frameworks. The role will drive ESG integration across the business, strengthen governance, and engage key stakeholders in the maritime sector.
Key Focus
- Develop and deliver ESG strategy and reporting.
- Oversee data management, GHG reporting, and submissions to rating agencies.
- Engage with investors, regulators, and internal teams.
- Monitor regulations, assess risks, and drive improvements.
- Extensive experience within maritime, shipping, energy, oil & gas, or other industries with complex ESG and regulatory requirements.
- Proven background in a senior leadership role.
- Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or Business Administration.
- Strong track record in ESG reporting, sustainability, and CSR programs.
- Expert knowledge of CSRD, ISSB, GRI, CDP, GRESB, and ESG ratings.
