Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements across fabrication and yard activities
- Implement and manage the project HSE Management Plan
- Plan and deploy safety officers to support and monitor project execution
- Support project bidding by identifying HSE gaps and risks between project and yard standards
- Lead safety initiatives and behavioral programs to promote a strong HSE culture
- Work closely with Production and Operations teams to ensure effective HSE implementation
- Monitor, track, and analyze HSE performance and safety metrics, and drive continuous improvement
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree with strong HSE knowledge
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an HSE Manager
- Good computer skills
- Willing to work full-time in Batam, Indonesia
