About the Role
- Provide technical service installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, overhauls and modernization for engines and turbochargers manufactured by the company and affiliated companies on seagoing vessels and power plants
- Conduct customer visits before and after completed service job activity
- Assists workshops in technical matters as required, assists in the collection of receivables, establishes and maintains goof business relations and communication with all customers
- Background in marine engineering (onboard or shore-based)
- Experience with engines, machinery, or ship technical systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage customer relationships and provide on-site support
