has been appointed to find a PMS Superintendent
for a well-established shipping company
in Monaco.
This is a specialist position – perfect for someone who knows their way around vessel maintenance software like it’s second nature. If you’re a 2nd Engineer, 3rd Engineer, or Naval Architect
with a passion for systems, structure, and efficiency, this could be your next step ashore.
The Role:
- Oversight and optimisation of the company’s Planned Maintenance System (PMS)
- Working with technical teams to standardise and enhance maintenance routines
- Auditing PMS data across the fleet to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborating with superintendents, crew, and IT to ensure alignment
- Supporting new builds or retrofits with PMS integration
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience sailing as a 3rd Engineer, 2nd Engineer , or working as a Naval Architect
- Deep familiarity with PMS systems such as AMOS, Sertica, or similar
- Strong data handling and systems configuration skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with an understanding of fleet-wide technical management
- Must have the right to live and work in Europe – EU passport or similar
