We are partnering with an offshore shipping company to appoint a QHSE Superintendent
to join their shore-based team in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee implementation and compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards across the fleet.
- Monitor and improve safety management systems (ISM/ISPS/ISO) for offshore vessels.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring alignment with international regulations and company policies.
- Provide training and guidance to vessel teams, promoting a strong safety culture.
- Master Mariner or Chief Officer with proven seagoing experience (offshore preferred).
- Shore-based QHSE experience in the offshore/marine sector.
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, risk management, and safety systems.
