Regional Business Development Manager - Energy and Power Industry
  
Angle have partnered exclusively with a leading Energy Solutions Provider in the search for a Regional Business Development Manager to join their team in Singapore.

The right candidate will play a critical role in supporting and origination of regional business development and strategic activities. This position will involve analyzing business opportunities and selection of partners within the supply chain to support the strategic direction and success of the business .
  
Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate and develop new business opportunities and new market potential
  • Perform analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators to uncover opportunities and assess risks
  • Ensure business solutions and models are in line with profitability projections and economic efficiency
  • Develop solutions and value propositions for various business opportunities
  • Assess and engage with potential customers and partners to drive existing and new business potential
  
Skills & Knowledge
  • Understanding of the regional energy/power industry and key players in the supply chain i.e financing, power utilities, independent power producers (IPP), equipment suppliers, and other relevant power market stakeholders
  • Experience in the energy and energy storage industry, technology, products, and a technical and commercial understanding of energy contracts
  • Understanding of engineering, construction and commissioning of energy projects
  • Proficiency in developing business cases, strategies and models
  
Attitude & Disposition
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a collaborative and consultative, adaptable approach to teamwork
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and commercial skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
