About the Role
- Manage and grow key customer accounts within the marine sector
- Support commercial activities, project coordination, and aftersales solutions
- Build strong relationships with shipowners, shipyards, and technical stakeholders
- Monitor & analyse major customer complaints & claims, coordinate with other functions to
develop the appropriate solutions. - Budgeting and forecasting, maintaining business plans, market intelligence and business
development - Report directly to the Head of Sales
- Experience in the marine industry (sales, service, or commercial)
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with regional teams
- Knowledge of engines, machinery, or marine services
