Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development with a strong hunter mentality , alongside managing and growing existing client accounts
- Own the full business development cycle , from market mapping and target identification to outreach, pitching, and deal closure
- Identify priority market segments and define effective go-to-market strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, ship managers, and key industry stakeholders
- Act as a strong network shaper, representing the business at industry events and through direct engagement
- Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, including ESG-related offerings where applicable
- 3+ years of sales experience within the maritime or shipping industry
- Experience selling maritime software or digital solutions preferred
- Exposure to ESG-related solutions or services is a strong advantage
- Established network or strong ability to build relationships with shipowners and managers
- Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, strategic approach to sales
- Confident communicator, comfortable operating independently
