What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in LPG chartering, ideally 6 to 10+ years, from a shipowner, operator, broker, or cargo owner background.
- Strong international LPG market knowledge, with demonstrated commercial judgement and pricing awareness.
- Track record of managing end-to-end fixtures, from negotiation through post-fixture execution and performance review.
- Confident communicator and negotiator, able to operate autonomously while working closely with internal stakeholders and global counterparts.
- Senior-level compensation package aligned with experience and performance.
