Angle Recruitment has been exclusively appointed to search for a Senior Freight Trader
to join a highly reputable and well-established shipping company in Singapore.
This is a freight operating role
– ideal for someone who thrives on commercial hustle. You’ll be responsible for sourcing third-party cargo and chartering in vessels to move it, maximising returns and building relationships across the tanker space.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- A proven track record with well-regarded ship owners and operators
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to build cargo books from the ground up
- Experience with DPP cargoes on VLCCs and Suezmaxes is preferred – but we’re also open to solid candidates with CPP backgrounds
- Market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the drive to get deals done in a fast-moving environment
