has been engaged by a leading shipping company in the tanker sector to support their search for a Senior HSEQ Superintendent
to join their team in Dubai.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced mariner who has sailed to Master or Chief Officer
rank on VLCCs, crude, product, or chemical tankers
and has transitioned ashore into HSEQ or marine superintendent roles. You'll play a key part in ensuring the highest safety, environmental, and quality standards are maintained across a modern, world-class fleet.
Key Requirements:
- Master Mariner or Chief Officer with relevant shore-based superintendent or HSEQ experience
- Strong knowledge of tanker vetting, safety management systems, and industry compliance standards
- Proven ability to liaise effectively with crew, terminals, port authorities, and internal teams
- Permanent, full-time position based in Dubai
