is working with a shipowner looking for a Site Manager
to join their team in South Korea. In this role, you will manage the construction of LNG vessels, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the site inspection team and ensure smooth construction of LNG vessels.
- Make sure safety, health, and environmental standards are followed.
- Manage the project budget and keep track of costs.
- Work with the Project Management Team to provide updates and solve any issues.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to stay on schedule.
- Oversee vessel commissioning, trials, and delivery.
- Experience in managing ship construction projects (LNG vessels preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of budgets, timelines, and risk management.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in shipbuilding.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with global shipyards and large projects.
