Angle have partnered with a leading shipping organisation in the search for a Technical Superintendent
to join their team in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the technical aspects of our fleet of tankers to ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate and oversee vessel inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities to optimize vessel performance and minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement planned maintenance schedules, including dry-docking and repair projects, to ensure the long-term reliability and seaworthiness of the vessels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, procurement, and crewing teams, to address technical issues and optimize vessel efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze vessel performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct regular onboard visits and audits to assess vessel conditions, crew competency, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Act as a technical advisor to the operations team, providing guidance and support on technical matters related to vessel operations and maintenance.
