Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day technical performance of assigned vessels
- Plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance
- Coordinate dry-dockings, repairs, and major technical projects
- Conduct vessel inspections and monitor machinery performance
- Manage annual technical budgets and cost control
- Provide technical guidance to Masters, Chief Engineers, and onboard teams
- Class 1 Chief Engineer CoC
- Prior experience as a Technical Superintendent and seagoing background (Chief)
- Solid knowledge of vessel engineering systems, maintenance planning, and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
