We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to start their career in Sale & Purchase (S&P) shipbroking. This role provides the chance to learn from experienced brokers, gain hands-on exposure to vessel transactions, and develop the foundation for a long-term career in the industry.
Key Responsibility:
- Keep company systems and databases updated with vessel particulars, market insights, and other essential records.
- Work closely with shipowners, brokers and external counterparts to maintain clear communication and ensure transactions run smoothly.
- Provide operational and administrative assistance to the Sale & Purchase (S&P) team, such as preparing, reviewing, and handling documentation.
- Support the team with follow-up actions after deals are concluded, ensuring payments are processed on time, documentation is accurate, and all contractual commitments are fulfilled.
- Carry out research on vessels, market activity, and broader industry trends to provide useful information that aids commercial decisions.
- Play an active role in fostering teamwork by supporting colleagues, exchanging knowledge, and contributing to shared success.
- Handle additional operational or administrative responsibilities as needed to meet the business’s evolving requirements.
