Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate regional HR operations and stakeholder engagement across multiple locations.
- Manage HR data, workforce reporting, analytics, and organizational information to support business decisions.
- Lead and support regional HR projects, talent management, learning and development initiatives.
- Coordinate regional training programmes, talent development activities, and succession planning efforts.
- Support compensation and benefits reviews, salary benchmarking, and reward-related initiatives.
- Assist in performance management, employee relations, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance standards, and local employment regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and regional best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a regional or multinational organization.
- Strong experience in HR operations, reporting, analytics, and stakeholder management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
