Role Overview
- Own and optimise end-to-end people lifecycle processes (workforce planning to offboarding)
- Drive HR process excellence, improving employee experience, efficiency, and cost-to-serve
- Embed governance, controls, and performance discipline across HR operations
- Lead digital enablement across HR systems (HRIS, automation, self-service)
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to improve decision-making and execution
- End-to-End HR Process Ownership: Design, optimise, and standardise people lifecycle processes from workforce planning to offboarding.
- Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Drive HR process improvements, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance employee experience.
- Governance & Compliance: Embed controls, risk frameworks, and audit-ready processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Digital Enablement: Lead HRIS and workflow automation initiatives, improving data visibility and reducing manual work.
- Performance Management: Establish KPIs, dashboards, and routines to monitor and improve HR outcomes.
- Stakeholder & Project Support: Partner with HR, business leaders, and shared services to deliver strategic initiatives, change management, and consistent execution.
- 10–15 years of experience in HR operations, HR transformation, or process improvement
- Experience within shipping, logistics, or complex multinational environments preferred
- Proven track record in improving HR processes, employee experience, and efficiency
- Strong process design and operating model expertise
- Solid understanding of the full HR lifecycle
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective communicator with strong change management capability
