Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and supervise vessel dry-docking, repairs, maintenance and refurbishment projects
- Liaise with shipyards, vessel owners, technical teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct shipyard visits, inspections and progress reporting.
- Manage technical issues, cost control and timely project completion.
- Proven experience in dry-docking, ship repair or marine technical operations, ideally involving tugboats or offshore support vessels.
- Previous experience working in Australia’s marine industry, with a good understanding of the Australian maritime market, is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel frequently to Australia
- Strong project management, communication and coordination skills.
- Seafaring experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
