The Role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will own and grow the company's largest enterprise accounts. You will expand strategic relationships and win new enterprise clients by positioning the company as a trusted partner in maritime risk reduction, safety, and ESG performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year growth strategies for global strategic accounts
- Drive retention, expansion, and new enterprise acquisitions
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles across safety, ESG, and digital solutions
- Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and senior executives
- Focus on opportunities in Ports & Terminals (oil & gas and dry bulk)
- Structure multi-year agreements and coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Product, Finance, etc.)
- Represent the company at industry events and stay ahead of market/ESG trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Maritime Studies, or related field
- 8-12+ years enterprise B2B sales experience, with proven success in new account acquisition and strategic expansion
- Strong maritime industry knowledge; Ports & Terminals experience highly advantageous
- Track record closing complex, high-value deals
- Experience selling SaaS, data, or digital platform solutions
- Executive presence and strong negotiation skills
