The role is based in our Paya Lebar office, covering senior searches across Asia, the Middle East and Europe. For the right person, we'd consider remote working from another country.
Fluent written and spoken Chinese is essential.
In short, your job is to map the market so thoroughly that when we present a shortlist, the client knows there's nobody we missed.
- Build market maps and target company lists for each search
- Identify, approach and qualify candidates, many of whom aren't looking
- Run first conversations and turn them into clear, concise candidate notes
- Keep our research and candidate records accurate in JobAdder
- Track who's moving where across the maritime sector
Above all, you'll be confident asking executives the difficult questions, curious enough to probe when something doesn't add up, and business minded enough to connect the dots on where the opportunities lie. You'll handle sensitive feedback with tact, and you'll be the kind of person others warm to quickly and come to value.
