Angle Recruitment has been engaged exclusively by an established, well-funded and progressive technology company building advanced AI-driven systems, to find a General Manager to own the Singapore operation end to end, from sales and business development through to delivery and operations.
About the Role
- Lead regional strategy, business development, and key account management across Singapore and APAC
- Build strategic partnerships with ship owners, operators, ports, government agencies, and maritime stakeholders
- Oversee local operations, sales, project delivery, and customer success for advanced AI solutions in situational awareness, monitoring, and smart technologies
- Represent the company at major industry events and drive expansion in one of the world’s leading maritime centres
- Build and mentor a high-performing local team
- Strong leadership experience in maritime, shipping, ports, or maritime tech (AI/SaaS solutions highly advantageous)
- Established network in Singapore’s maritime ecosystem including ship owners, managers, classification societies, or relevant government/defence sectors
- Proven track record in B2B business development, partnerships, and revenue growth
- Deep knowledge of autonomous shipping, smart ports, or digital transformation in the maritime industry
