Angle Recruitment has partnered with a leading maritime product and service provider to recruit a Head of Sales to join their team in Singapore.
 
This leadership role is responsible for driving sales growth, leading regional sales teams, and developing business opportunities across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop regional and local sales teams to achieve business growth.
  • Drive sales performance, customer engagement, and business development initiatives.
  • Develop sales strategies, targets, and budgets to meet commercial objectives.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and partners, including agent networks where required.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead regional sales initiatives and ensure collaboration across commercial and service teams.
  • Promote the effective use of CRM systems and sales best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and relevant regulations.
  • Support the Managing Director and leadership team with additional commercial initiatives as required.
