- Lead and develop regional and local sales teams to achieve business growth.
- Drive sales performance, customer engagement, and business development initiatives.
- Develop sales strategies, targets, and budgets to meet commercial objectives.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers and partners, including agent networks where required.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead regional sales initiatives and ensure collaboration across commercial and service teams.
- Promote the effective use of CRM systems and sales best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and relevant regulations.
- Support the Managing Director and leadership team with additional commercial initiatives as required.
