Our client is seeking a Managing Director to grow their shipping and offshore business across Malaysia, with full responsibility for growth, performance, strategy and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the shipping and offshore business across Malaysia in line with regional strategy.
- Hold full P&L responsibility, delivering revenue growth, profitability and cost targets.
- Expand market presence through new business, strategic partnerships and service innovation.
- Build and lead high-performing teams across functions and geographies.
- Develop senior relationships with key clients, government agencies and industry stakeholders.
- Champion QHSE, regulatory compliance and strong governance.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of full P&L management and leading complex business operations.
- Strong commercial leadership, with a record of driving growth and market development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level influence, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Preferred:
- Experience in multinational or matrix organisations.
