This role reports to the Head of Sales and is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence within the maritime sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain and update CRM and sales records
- Develop new business through client visits, cold calling, and account management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, shipyards, fleet managers, and procurement teams
- Work closely with internal technical, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Achieve agreed sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and support internal review processes
- Participate in industry events and exhibitions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Experience in marine or offshore industry preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive and results-driven
