About the Role
As an Offshore Broker, you will play a key role in the Sale & Purchase (S&P) of offshore support vessels, as well as sale of old tonnage. You will handle the full transaction lifecycle — from identifying opportunities to successfully closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the offshore S&P market
- Manage end-to-end vessel transactions, including sourcing, negotiations, and deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, buyers, and industry partners globally
- Provide market intelligence and expert consultancy to clients
- Collaborate with European and Asian offices to execute seamless cross-border transactions
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a broker in the offshore or maritime S&P sector
- Strong existing network and in-depth knowledge of Tugs, Barges, Anchor Handlers (AHTs), PSVs, Workboats, and other offshore support vessels
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
