Angle Recruitment are partnering with a well-established maritime company that owns and operates a tanker fleet. They're after a sharp, detail-oriented professional to join their Post-Fixture team, sitting at the intersection of commercial shipping, financial analysis and counterparty management. You'll keep voyage claims, contracts and P&L reporting running at full speed across a busy tanker operation.
What You'll Do
You'll own end-to-end management of post-fixture voyage claims, making sure invoice issuance lines up with contractual terms. Owner hires and related claims sit with you, alongside time charter and pool contracts, with all documentation kept current and compliant. You'll partner with Finance on operational profitability tracking, budget variance analysis and financial accounting, deliver voyage P&L analysis to stakeholders, chase payment follow-ups with counterparties, and monitor the shipping portfolio to keep market exposure accurate.
What We're Looking For
An analytical mind with sharp problem-solving instincts, someone who can read data and tell a story with it. Proactive and meticulous, with a strong sense of personal ownership, you're equally comfortable collaborating with the team or executing independently under pressure. A clear, confident communicator across all levels. Financial accounting exposure is a strong plus.
