Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers across China
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, projects, and partnerships within the marine and shipbuilding market
- Conduct market analysis and provide insights on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Collaborate closely with regional leadership and overseas headquarters to align business strategies
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and supporting documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide commercial and operational support to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives
- At least 3 years of experience within the shipbuilding or marine industry
- Background in sales, business development, engineering, or related commercial/technical functions
- Strong communication skills in English, as the role requires regular interaction with overseas teams
- Based in China and able to travel around China
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
- Effective problem-solving skills with a practical, execution-focused approach
