Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the marine, shipbuilding, offshore, and related industrial sectors.
- Promote and recommend integrated marine systems, equipment, and technical solutions that support vessel performance, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipyards, shipowners, design institutes, classification societies, and key industry stakeholders.
- Develop sales pipelines, manage opportunities, and provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence.
- Prepare and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives and revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, proposal, and project teams to deliver competitive technical and commercial solutions.
- Lead customer presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure smooth project handover and support customers throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Electrical or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of sales or business development experience within the marine, shipbuilding, offshore, or maritime equipment sectors.
- Established network with Chinese shipyards, shipowners, marine contractors, and industry stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within China and internationally when required.
