Our client is a growing international marine services company specialising in the servicing, repair, and commissioning of cargo handling equipment for LPG and LNG vessels. They support shipowners and ship management companies worldwide with solutions for deepwell cargo pumps, safety relief valves, cargo compressors, and gas equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out service, repair, troubleshooting, and commissioning of deepwell and submerged cargo pumps on LPG/LNG vessels.
- Perform onboard and shipyard service work during voyages and dry-docking.
- Diagnose technical issues and deliver effective maintenance solutions.
- Prepare service documentation and work closely with customers to ensure high service standards.
- Extensive international travel is required.
- Diploma or Higher Nitec in Marine, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Experience in marine service engineering; knowledge of LPG/LNG cargo handling systems is an advantage.
- Mandarin proficiency to support Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel internationally at short notice and work flexible hours.
