Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical management and operational performance of offshore vessels.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Liaise with crew and shore-based teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Report on vessel performance and compliance.
- Chief Engineer or First Engineer sailing experience preferred.
- Shore-based experience in a technical role within the industry.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
