This role will oversee vessel maintenance, technical performance and compliance, ensuring safe, reliable and cost-effective operations.
Scope:
- Oversee vessel maintenance, inspections, repairs and planned maintenance.
- Coordinate dry-dockings, class surveys and vessel certifications.
- Manage maintenance budgets, contractors and technical procurement.
- Work closely with vessel crews, clients and regional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical support across regional operations, with some travel required.
- Experience as a Technical Superintendent or in a similar ship management role.
- Ideally, seagoing or shore-based experience with tugboats or offshore support vessels.
- Knowledge of vessel maintenance, dry-docking, planned maintenance systems and class compliance.
- Strong project management, communication and organisational skills.
- A hands-on, commercially minded team player with a strong focus on safety and reliability.
