Key Responsibilities
- Oversee fleet operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
- Manage budgets, resources, and overall operational performance
- Lead and develop onshore and vessel teams, driving a strong safety and performance culture
- Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and local stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with SHE-Q, operational, and company policies
- Drive fleet utilisation and oversee technical activities, including maintenance, repairs, and dry-docking
- Support business growth and represent the company in the PNG market
- Degree in Maritime studies or a related field
- Seagoing experience (Chief Engineer / First Engineer or similar) or naval engineering background
- Onshore management experience with 4-6 years in a similar role
- Commercial awareness with budgeting experience
- Experience managing multicultural teams
- Willing to work on a 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off rotation
