A well-backed dry bulk operator is expanding its Singapore office and is looking for an experienced Operations Executive to independently manage vessels across Pacific trade lanes.
The company currently operates a growing fleet of Handysize & Handymax vessels under long-term time charters, with further deliveries scheduled next year and a clear growth path toward a substantially larger fleet over the next few years. The model is pure operator for now, with plans to acquire tonnage in the future.

The Role
- Independently run day-to-day operations for allocated vessels and Pacific trade lanes
- Coordinate closely with the chartering team and owners
- Handle commercial operations, including occasional parceling
- Support the broader operation, including occasional assistance on Atlantic cargo
- Work closely with the existing operations team based in Europe
- Solid experience with Handy and Ultramax tonnage (ideally from an operator background)
- Strong Chinese (Mandarin) language skills
- Comfortable working in the office five days per week
- 7–8 years’ relevant experience preferred; open to candidates from both operator and EP backgrounds
